This butterfly pendant is made from polymer clay and features a blue labradorite cabochon. The wings are detailed with hand-sculpted botanical motifs (leaves, veins, and small circular elements) and highlighted in silver and white highlights against a dark background. The labradorite reveals blue flashes as it catches the light, adding depth and movement to the design.
Origin story:
On a night when the forest stood perfectly still, moonlight slipped between the branches and settled on a fallen leaf. The leaf had once held summer warmth but now carried only shadow and silver veins. As the light lingered, the leaf lifted, folded, and split into wings. From its center, a blue spark appeared, cool and deep like water reflecting the sky. When dawn arrived, the forest was quiet again, and a small butterfly rested where the leaf had been, carrying moonlight in its wings and a shifting blue glow at its heart.
*The pendant comes with a stainless steel chain. If you prefer to replace it with a faux suede cord, please specify this in the note when placing your order.
